Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains full commercial usage rights to the final video deliverables. However, ZERO SHOOTS retains the rights to the underlying generative AI workflows, custom models, and generation methodologies used to create the final product.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall ZERO SHOOTS, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or AI-generated creative content.
