Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ZERO SHOOTS website, purchasing our digital products, or engaging us for a custom production project, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Services Description
ZERO SHOOTS provides digital education products, including ebooks, blueprints, and prompt packs, that teach creators, marketers, and brands how to produce AI ad creatives themselves. Separately, ZERO SHOOTS accepts a limited number of custom AI video production projects on an invitation-only basis. These projects are not publicly bookable and are accepted at our sole discretion. Custom production engagements are governed by the additional terms set out below.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use the information, prompts, and workflows provided in our digital products, including ensuring that any assets, brand materials, or content you generate using our guidance do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase. For custom production projects, you are responsible for ensuring that any brand assets, likenesses, scripts, or reference materials you supply to us are lawfully yours to use.
Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content of our digital products (ebooks, blueprints, and prompt packs) for your own personal or commercial ad creation. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital products themselves. ZERO SHOOTS retains all intellectual property rights to the digital products, including their written content, structure, and any accompanying frameworks or materials.
Client Projects (By Invitation Only)
Custom AI video production is offered only to selected clients. We do not accept public bookings, and submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement or reserve capacity. A project begins only once scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees have been agreed in writing and any required deposit has been received.
Ownership of Deliverables
Upon full payment, the client receives all rights held by ZERO SHOOTS in the final delivered video assets, including the AI-generated footage, original music, and original characters created for that project. All such elements are produced as original works for the engagement. This transfer applies to the delivered final files only, and does not extend to project files, prompts, workflows, models, or source materials used to create them.
Style and Reuse
ZERO SHOOTS retains ownership of its creative style, visual approach, prompting methods, workflows, and production techniques. Nothing in an engagement grants a client exclusivity over that style. ZERO SHOOTS may produce work in the same or a similar style for other clients, and may feature project deliverables in its portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Each video includes one to two rounds of revisions, as specified in the project agreement. A revision round covers refinements within the originally agreed scope and creative direction. Changes to concept, script, direction, casting, or scope are treated as new work and are quoted separately. Additional revision rounds beyond the included allowance are billed at our then-current rate.
Payment and Refunds
Larger projects require a fifty percent (50%) deposit before work begins. The deposit is non-refundable once production has started. All fees are non-refundable once any output, draft, or deliverable has been provided, as the work is custom, digital, and cannot be returned. Remaining balances are due before final files are released. The refund terms in this section apply to custom production projects only. Refunds for digital product purchases are governed separately by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Our digital products, custom production services, and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall ZERO SHOOTS, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or deliverables, the AI tools referenced or used within them, or any content you create using the guidance we provide. Our total liability for any claim arising from a custom project shall not exceed the fees actually paid for that project.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the policy on our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
